Last week, Jet2.com and Jet2holidays’ 2026 summer programme went on sale.
In the press release announcing the 2026 summer sale, Jet2.com and Jet2holidays revealed that this was the earliest they had ever launched a summer programme.
Steve Heapy, the CEO of Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, commented, “Customers are telling us they want to book ahead and secure that all-important holiday, so they can have the best choice of hotels, rooms and dates.
“We have responded to the strong demand from holidaymakers wanting to lock in their getaways, by putting our biggest and best Summer programme on sale for 2026, earlier than ever before.”

Jet2.com’s 2026 summer programme
1. Largest summer programme
The 2026 summer sale marks the earliest launch of a summer program by Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, and it is also their largest to date, offering flights and holidays to 57 sun and leisure city destinations.
Among the popular destinations are the Canaries, the Balearics, Spain, Greece, Turkey, Italy, Cyprus, Croatia, Montenegro, Malta, Bulgaria, France, Morocco, Jersey, Austria and Portugal.
2. Early release
As previously noted, Steve Heapy, CEO of Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, highlighted that the 2026 summer programme has been launched earlier than ever, driven by strong demand from UK holidaymakers keen to secure their bookings in advance.
Heapy said, “Our Summer 26 programme represents a huge expansion with more seats and routes on sale, meaning holidaymakers have never had so much choice and flexibility.
“As well as offering customers and independent travel agents a greater selection of flights and holidays to choose from, our enormous Summer 26 programme allows them to book in advance and get a date in their diary now.”
3. Expanded fleet for Jet2.com’s 2026 summer sale
For the 2026 summer programme, Jet2.com will expand its fleet to include new, fuel-efficient Airbus A321neo aircraft, which offer over 20% greater fuel efficiency compared to older models. These aircraft also feature a 50% reduction in noise footprint.
As part of this expansion, the airline’s 2026 summer operations will utilize a total of 136 aircraft.
4. Increased capacity
A total of 18.6 million seats are available for Jet2.com’s 2026 summer sale, which is over 700,000 more than the airline’s 2025 summer programme, covering almost 450 routes.
5. New routes for Jet2.com’s 2026 summer programme
The program includes 22 new summer routes and 14 exclusive routes for Summer 2026.
The new routes are Bournemouth Airport to Malaga, Dubrovnik, Kos, Reus and Verona, East Midlands Airport to Agadir, Costa de Almeria, Pula, Preveza, Halkidiki and Split, Edinburgh Airport to Kefalonia, Girona and Kalamata, Glasgow Airport to Dubrovnik and Marrakech, London Stansted Airport to Jerez, and Newcastle International Airport to Agadir, Preveza, Marrakech, Barcelona and Porto.

6. Multiple UK airports
Flights for the summer 2026 season are now available from all 12 of Jet2.com’s UK bases.
These include Belfast International Airport, Bournemouth Airport (starting in 2025), Birmingham Airport, Bristol Airport, East Midlands Airport, Edinburgh Airport, Glasgow Airport, Leeds Bradford Airport, Liverpool John Lennon Airport, London Stansted Airport, Manchester Airport, and Newcastle International Airport.
7. Weekly flights
The 2026 summer programme will feature more than 1,700 departing weekly flights from all of the above airports.
8. Booking flexibility with Jet2.com
Customers can secure package holidays with a low deposit of £60 per person, benefiting from ATOL protection, in-resort Customer Helpers, transfers to and from the airport and Free Child Place Holidays.
In regards to the flights, customers will receive a 22kg baggage allowance and 10kg hand luggage.
9. Future announcements
Jet2.com plans to announce additional leisure city break destinations for its 2026 summer programme in the coming weeks.
Steve Heapy revealed, “While we may be announcing our biggest Summer 26 programme to date, we are not done yet and will be revealing even more good news about our 2026 operations very soon.
“Our Summer 26 programme promises to be our best yet, and we have every confidence it will be a huge success.”
